Carolina Engström Lökken to Catch Me.

Catch Me appoints Carolina Engström Lökken to the board at the annual meeting.

Carolina Engström Lökken holds a degree in Political Science from Stockholm University. Previously, she served as the Secretary-General for the Friends Foundation and as Business Area Manager at Alumni before taking over as CEO at Wes in November 2021. At Wes, alongside her CEO role, Carolina works as a headhunter and advisor to owners, boards, and leaders in recruitment, leadership, and strategic issues.

– Carolina is a values-driven commercial leader with a keen interest in building both sustainable companies and a sustainable society. She’s a perfect fit for us, and we’re delighted that she has accepted the position, says Poyan Sandnell, founder and CEO of Catch Me.

Catch Me is preparing to launch a digital service in Sweden focused on part-time jobs and has fully embraced automated matching. This means easier and more cost-effective recruitment for companies without compromising accuracy. Another innovation is that those seeking part-time jobs through Catch Me do so anonymously. This ensures that the job is always offered to the most qualified and suitable candidate.

– Catch Me’s business model is robust and provides a strong solution for both job seekers and companies in need of extra personnel. Simplifying the process so that more people can access jobs on equal terms is something I strongly support. I look forward to contributing to the continued journey, says Carolina Engström Lökken.

Carolina Engström Lökken will be elected to the board at the annual meeting in March 2024, replacing Patrik Lundstedt.

The launch in Sweden is scheduled for January 2024. Later in the same year, Catch Me plans to take the next step by establishing the staffing company in the rest of the Nordic region.
