Catch Me’s founder and CEO, Poyan Sandnell, recently had the great honor of sharing his personal journey and discussing inclusion at Göteborg Opportunity Day.
With over 280 participants from Gothenburg’s business community, Göteborg Opportunity Day serves as a key platform where companies and organizations exchange insights and best practices on creating a more inclusive job market. The event highlights practical solutions and inspiring stories that contribute to real change.
Poyan addressed a large audience, speaking about his own experiences and how they shaped the creation of Catch Me, a company built on the mission to eliminate bias and create a fairer recruitment process.

Poyan also participated in a panel discussion alongside some of the most influential business leaders, including Rudolf Antoni (Regional Manager, Svenskt Näringsliv), Katarina Berg (CHRO, Spotify), and Terje Johansson (CEO, Förvaltnings AB). The panel explored how companies can take a more active role in promoting equality and inclusionat the boardroom, ownership, and leadership levels.
