We are proud and excited to share that Catch Me has been featured in Dagens Industri, where our founder and CEO, Poyan Sandnell, shares the journey and vision behind our platform.
Catch Me was created to address a critical challenge in the labor market: eliminating bias and ensuring a fairer hiring process for both employers and job seekers. Through our app, job matching is conducted entirely anonymously, with candidates evaluated solely based on their skills and performance in digital assessments. In less than a year, Catch Me has attracted over 10,000 users and has already won contracts worth 10 million SEK.
“I hope we can create real social impact while building a successful business. Many people are eager to work but never get the chance for a first interview. Catch Me is changing that,” says Poyan Sandnell, Founder & CEO of Catch Me AB (publ).
Our platform’s algorithm automates the entire staffing process, making us faster, more cost-effective, and more flexible than traditional staffing agencies.
So far, Catch Me has secured 12.6 million SEK in funding through three investment rounds, including 1.2 million SEK in newly raised capital. With 140 shareholders and a valuation of 30 million SEK (excluding the latest capital increase), Catch Me is well-positioned for the future.
Our goal is to reach 12 million SEK in revenue and break even by the end of 2025. By 2026, we aim to scale further and achieve 40 million SEK in revenue.
