Sörmlandsfonden invests in Catch Me

Sörmlandsfonden is a Sörmland investor of active equity capital, i.e. risk capital in a company with substantial growth potential. Sörmlandsfonden runs the forum Sörmlandsnästet, which includes an active network of business angels who are offered to invest together with Sörmlandsfonden. Sörmlandsfonden is owned by Sörmlands Sparbank, Sparbanken Rekarne and LF Södermanland.

-The investment support from the Sörmlandsfonden enables continued work for a fair labor market with our scalable product, Catch Me. Our ambition also extends beyond the Nordic region, and we look forward to growing with our employees, employers and investors. Me and my partner Malin thank the Sörmlandsfonden and its investors for the trust,” says Poyan Sandnell, founder and CEO of Catch Me AB(publ).
-Catch Me has an exciting concept with a good team behind it. I see not only an investment in Catch Me, but an opportunity to make a difference both for those who are struggling on the labor market and for companies that are in need of staff, says Ahmad Eid, business angel in the Sörmlandsfonden’s network.
-Catch Me has a very interesting and value-creating product with great growth potential. Sörmlandsfonden looks forward to being part of the journey to modernize the staffing industry, to the benefit of the entire labor market, says Thomas Karlsson, CEO of Sörmlandsfonden AB.

In January 2024, Catch Me launched an app with an inclusive service where people in ten Swedish cities are offered extra jobs in eight professional areas. But that is only the beginning. Many more Swedish cities, as well as new professional areas, will be connected and before the end of 2024 the app has also been launched in the rest of the Nordic region. After that, parts of the rest of Europe await.
